      In this role, I provide senior-level leadership with full accountability for all programme results, timely delivery, and the management of scope, schedule, budget, benefits realisation, and stakeholder satisfaction. Leading a high performing team, I direct numerous projects throughout the entire lifecycle, including project initiation, proposals, delivery, stakeholder management, post implementation review, and handover. Establishing robust stakeholder relationships, I update senior management throughout the project, providing support, advice, and assistance. I make a significant contribution to the development and delivery of strategy, additionally monitoring project milestones and deliverables, analysing project risks and costs. Attending various field offices, I offer training as part of the UNHCR Decentralisation process.My Key Achievements:• Effectively negotiated agreements with partners, attained compliance with all UNHCR’s rules and regulations, timeframes, and budget constraints, continuously examined agreements to assess project status, budget, and financial performance, achieved consistent results.• Represented the organisation as a primary contact point for all UNHCR Shelter Rehabilitation partners in Syria with an estimated budget of USD 19M.• Collaborated with the Syrian Ministry of Local Administration and Environment (MOLAE), effectively built the staffing resource for the Programme Management focused on the government’s national shelter response for displaced Syrians.• Set goals, reviewed and evaluated performance, trends, and target interventions for shelter rehabilitation, core relief items, education, vocational training, and legal assistance.• Made a significant contribution to the country operational plans, outlined financial, and people resources, and contribute to overall country structure.• Identified skills gaps, provided training as the UNHCR Programme Management External Tutor, upskilled staff to achieve targets.
