  With 20% company growth YOY, led seven person in-house Marketing Agency to meet the increased demand for sales, marketing, and product collateral. Worked cross-functionally with executives to align positioning and research for our SaaS product's Go-To Market Strategy. Created high-converting product marketing assets (print, digital, video, and content) through in-house and agency partners. Successfully messaged and launched three new service offerings and five new products. Directly supervised copywriter. Product owner of Booster's character education offering. Produced yearly multi-media curriculum package, a five-continent documentary series, and launched on-demand content platform that drove 6,000 users in the first year. Brokered and managed non-profit giveback partnerships totaling $500K in giving. With no social presence, grew Booster's Facebook account from 0 to 7,000 followers in two years through an intentional social strategy. Project managed all creative deliverables on time, juggling competing deadlines. Authored and launched Booster's first of five character education books. Led high-engagement event-based fundraising programs across the Southeast, helping to raise $750,000 for education.
