Host (TEDx youth-46) - Nov 2018 With 'DISRUPTION' as the theme, the 3rd edition of TEDx youth-46 was a successful initiative planned by the students. It was held at AIS-46, and I was fortunate enough to be a part of the organizing team as well as host the TEDx. We invited speakers from different areas of life. One was a successful journalist, while the other was India's first IFBB pro-athlete. Different people, different fields connected by one theme, 'disrupting the conventional tactics of life.

Baljeet Shastri Rolling trophy Amity international school, Saket Aug 2018 Over 30 schools from Delhi-NCR participated in this economics symposium. It included, e-paper presentation, cartoon-making, quiz and a question hour competition. I was fortunate enough to represent my school in the question hour and win the rolling trophy for the first time in the history of the competition for my school.

Dhananjay Mohan science symposium Amity international school, Noida Aug 2018 This competition was a science symposium, where my partner and I presented a paper on the future of transistors. Over 25 schools from Delhi-NCR participated in this competition, where we secured the 3rd position. We were judged on the basis of our presentation, speaking skills, and the relatability of the topic.

During my tenure, as the captain, I took up two projects which were necessary from a school's point of view. 1) Save water:In this initiative, I assigned work to all the prefects under me, to go to junior classes and make them aware of the importance of saving water. My team and I also educated the helpers at school, so that they can learn to use water in a sustainable way. With this motive in mind, we started anti-ragging campaigns, where my team used encourage students to not indulge in ragging. Metallica Chemistry Quiz (3rd positon) Indian Institute of Metals Apr 2017 This is an annual quiz held at the Indian Institute of Metals, where schools from all over north India participate. There were over 25 schools in this event and the competition was divided into 2 stages. First, we had to pass a written exam and after that, the selected teams proceeded for the quiz. My partner and I secured the 3rd position and the first win for our school in this competition.

Yuva Vichar Manch Rolling Trophy Amity international school, Saket Apr 2017 Yuva Vichar Manch is a stimulation of the Indian parliament, where the participants present their views as the policymakers of the country. I participated in this competition as a member of the opposition, where my role was to ask questions to the ministers of different departments. This competition was a test of one's speaking skills, confidence, and diplomacy which helped me develop these qualities and eventually win the rolling trophy.
