      During my two year national service at Paya Lebar Air Base in Singapore, some of my duties included constructing extensive check-in and checkout procedures of every person entering the base, which led to my unit being the choice for a visit from Condoleezza Rice. I also maintained efficiency of safety operations by ensuring the capabilities of guards and stressing the importance of cohesiveness within a team, thus creating a more focused and resolute unit. We trained extensively in harsh conditions with minimal time constraints to achieve operational readiness thereby effectively equipping personnel with the strength and self-assurance to overcome challenges in the field.       My position as a Media Planner at Dentsu required detailed integrated media planning, data analysis, negotiation, campaign reporting, competitor analysis, and interpersonal skills. I also honed technical skills such as creating PowerPoint presentations, building media plans and conducting data analysis in Microsoft Excel, executing on social media, google (YouTube) campaigns, and Outbrain and Taboola native ad campaigns.My responsibilities included managing media planning efforts for our team's accounts. My team's most significant accounts were Disney Studios and Canon (Domestic and Regional). In 2019, we achieved the highest revenues of Innity Singapore, and I was a large part of the team's success, with 129% of my target completed that year. I was recognized for my hard work and success, showed leadership capabilities, and was promoted from Sales Manager to Senior Sales Manager.Part of my responsibilities was establishing relationships focused on long-term business growth, a handy skill across many industries. I nurtured my accounts and grew business from all my agencies.
