  Project: Research paper was made on the implementation of Blockchain Technologies in Retail Supply Chains in India (in Co-ordination with faculty from NIT-B)The paper was based on identifying and scoring various factors, both on technological and social fronts, which acted as resistance in implementation of blockchain in various retail supply chains across India. The paper also threw light on various short term and long term strategies that could help overcome this resistance against implementation.IVIFS-DEMATEL was the quantitative methodology used to score and identify levels of resistance that each factor contributed against implementation.Identified barriers on technology, supply chain, inter/intra organizational, security and governmental verticals totaling around 25 sub factors. Using cause and effect logic post IVIFS methodology, sub-factors are categorized based on influence priority and individual analysis is conducted on them . Show less
