But I learned the CRM and communications system ICOMMS quite quickly and was soon moved into academy training for new employees. After a year working on the Virgin Media campaign, I was asked to work as a part of a new revenue loss prevention team. I credit this role for my found passion for data analysis and my ability to communicate professionally within a large business.
