Throughout this journey, I’ve actively contributed to managing queues, especially during congestion, including guiding new attendees to join the correct ticketing lines.I’m also experienced in assisting customers with ticket redemption issues, as well as providing guidance to those who haven’t purchased a ticket yet. Since Comic Frontier 15, I’ve worked closely with the team, and together we've improved the speed and efficiency of the ticketing process at each event. By Comic Frontier 19, we successfully cleared the entire queue within just one hour of opening ticket redemption. Show less
