      Client Project - Review audio description (AD) service model provided by Vision Australia. Explore the pathways of professionalising AD services through digital integration. This project required a detailed research plan that considered the complex stakeholder landscape and identified the biggest problem to be solved. The solution required accessibility be the key constraint of the design and included user interaction options of voice control and gestures.Personal Project - Ambition; create a digital solution that can give anyone the confidence to choose a great bottle of wine for any occasion. This project involved creating an entirely new solution. Research, information gathering and synthesis were of the utmost importance to ensure that the most relevant problem was being solved in a unique and interesting way. Following in depth research a tested hi fidelity prototype was delivered that let people choose a bottle of wine the same way they would a date.App Redesign - Redesign the Anytime Fitness app to provide a unified and engaging single app experience. Contextual enquiry including; intercept and 1:1 interviews were used to prioritise the information to be included. From the 3 personas identified a primary persona was chosen based on their untapped potential for engagement with the gym experience. Rapid ideation and iterative prototyping lead to delivery of a tested hi fidelity prototype that included a personalised workout plan and goal builder.Webpage Redesign - given the task to increase usage of an existing website. Business analysis, contextual inquiry including; intercept interviews and 1:1 interviews were conducted to uncover specific pain points with the current site and reasons people were being driven in store. Rapid ideation and iterative prototyping lead to delivery of a tested hi fidelity prototype that addressed the challenges with the current website information architecture and navigation. Show less
