  National service program at AngloGold Ashanti Obuasi Mine as a Metallurgical Graduate Trainee.My major responsibilities involved metallurgical accounting on plant,supervising plant production units, ensuring work safety and writing reports.My training also included: Wet Chemical analysis (gold in solution tests, water quality tests, toxicological tests of treated pulp, total sulphur content, free cyanide determination, gold fineness, arsenic content and the use of the Atomic Absorption Spectrometer (AAS) for various analyses.) Metallurgical analysis of samples from various plant sections and reports Thermo- Chemical analysis of samples at Assay lab Achievements: member of a project team for the installation and commissioning of the WaterTreatment Plant (WTP) at STP, Obuasi plant.
