  During my time as an account service intern with Marbury Creative Group in Duluth, GA, daily responsibilities included administrative and organizational tasks that supported agency operations as well as contributing to brainstorms and giving creative input. I was responsible for one creative concept for a 30 second TV spot for a national food brand that was included in the presentation to the client. From this experience I learned best determined practices in account service and what goes into running a successful agency. I set a strong career foundation leading both creative and tech heavy projects. My teams achieved great success on client engagements for some of the world's largest companies in telecom, home improvement retail, shipping and logistics, and hotel/travel. While at SapientNitro I also founded the PM Education series - a bi weekly lunch and learn where we brought in experts from around the office to help PMs broaden and deepen their knowledge of the workstreams we manage.
