  As delivery lead I make sure that a B2B portal service that Hewlett-Packard is offering its clients is uninterrupted and performing per the agreed SLAs. It was my responsibility to sync all of the teams involved in the delivery process, monitor various parameters of SQL databases & servers, to prepare multiple reports for statistics and troubleshooting purposes and, to conduct adequate troubleshooting and analysis of any issues or errors that occur in the systems and create the most efficient action plan to eliminate them. Show less As an Incident Manager I managed critical incidents (major IT system faults/failures) for Hewlett-Packard's client Ericsson. When an incident occurred it was my responsibility to coordinate and manage all of the resolving teams from all vendors who provide the different IT services and IT infrastructure to Ericsson. My job was to make sure that the service restoration took as little time as possible and met the contract enforced deadlines.
