This includes facilitating user story development with client, assigning and completing sprint tasks, and collaborating with end users to ensure the feature meets acceptance criteria. • Manage a system partner relationship by leading a biweekly phone call with project management, coordinating end to end test efforts to validate new functionality, and ensuring that the system partner's needs are met in our live environment.• Coordinate the system's automated job schedule by overseeing five live environments, performing configurations and schedule updates to meet users' needs, and communicating with the technical team to execute and monitor environment maintenance. Process is followed 20+ help desk resources daily and the output is reported to the program management office in order to quickly track issues and notify the appropriate personnel. • Drove 2 large change requests that led to the project entering a new phase of the pilot program.
