Civil Procedural law, Common law, International and European law, Legal English, Moot Court Training, Constitutional and Administrative law, Criminal and Criminal Procedural law, Law of Obligations. In the third year, we started with the European law courses such as European Contract law, European Union Law: Foundations, European Union Law: Substantive Law, Governments and Constitutions, Introduction to European Company law, Private International law, States, Markets and European Integration. The two further Dutch courses this last year were Property law and Introduction into Company and Bankruptcy law. Last but certainly not least: my Bachelor essay was on the Greek crisis and how the member states justified helping Greece. Show less

I've had courses such as Advanced European law, Advanced International law, International Human rights, European Environmental law, European Competition law, European Criminal law, European migration law and citizenship and Comparative Constitutional law. I wrote my master-thesis on International Adoption within countries of the European Union. I've had courses such as Advanced European law, Advanced International law, International Human rights, European Environmental law, European Competition law, European Criminal law, European migration law and citizenship and Comparative Constitutional law. I wrote my master-thesis on International Adoption within countries of the European Union. First explaining the history of adoption and the developments it has had over the years, I then discussed the major international frameworks of law that apply for adoption before describing the way adoption works in 5 European countries, analysing and comparing them before answering whether or not there should be a European framework of laws that cover adoption. I have really enjoyed the freedom of this master and the courses were all very interesting. Show less
