  Durante mi estancia en Alten, trabajé primero para el Grupo Adeo (Grupo Leroy Merlin) como PMO en un proyecto de transformación digital. Tras esta misión, me encargaron 2 proyectos internos: el primero, la creación de una aplicación para un mostrador de recepción interactivo, y el segundo, la revisión y mejora del diseño de una herramienta CRM. Durante estos 2 proyectos, dirigí un equipo de 3 desarrolladores en prácticas (2 backs, 1 front).La herramienta CRM pasó del desarrollo en Symfony + Boostrap a Angular JS y una interfaz Material Design.La aplicación de quiosco se desarrolló en ReactJS y su interfaz se creó utilizando Material Design y las mejores prácticas de Android.En cuanto a la gestión del proyecto, estábamos en Scrum, conmigo desempeñando el papel de Product Owner y cuidando el Backlog y gestionando los Sprints.Para estos 2 proyectos de diseño, llevé a cabo todas las tareas involucradas en la creación/rediseño de un proyecto, desde el brief, pasando por wireframes, mock-ups, prototipos y pruebas de usuario, hasta la entrega final de las herramientas desarrolladas y funcionales.
