While working with the Career Development Center I helped compile a social media strategy, starting with the creation of an official Facebook page where we promoted job and internship opportunities, as well as networking events and student success stories. In addition, I also wrote several news blurbs for various events needing promotion. I helped students edit and revise their essays, working with them on everything from grammar, sentence structure, punctuation, thesis statements, organization, clarity and introductions and conclusions. I also helped proofread IRB forms for psychology and exercise science majors doing studies with human subjects.
