  The Experts Department is an essential department working within the Judiciary system in Kuwait. The main tasks of the Experts Department is to study and analyze cases of engineering and/or financial auditing nature. An expert duties extend to examine the case, interview the litigants and the witnesses, as well as preparing technical reports that the court will build its judgment on. Those reports are considered as necessary supporting tools of to explain the complex technical aspects of specific cases, therefore helping judges to make well-informed decision. Thus, making the Experts Department input judicially significant to establish justice between litigants.An expert responsibilities are as follow: to study the technical aspects of a case and prepare a technical report based on field inspections and office sessions where the case is discussed with all parties involved, and the report is then used as a guidance to make the final judgment.
