Based in Vancouver, responsibilities included:- Moderating and tracking the Fisheries and Aquaculture Clean Technology Adoption Program (FACTAP)'s internal monitoring system through Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Improved monitoring and operational procedures to reduce regional errors and miscommunications.- Coordinated and hosted several bilateral meetings between senior management of DFO, the Province of British Columbia, and Transport Canada focusing on high-profile aquaculture issues. Prepared agendas, drafted briefing notes, and followed up on action items with committee members and subject matter experts. - Engaged with stakeholders to address overarching Ministerial mandate commitments and objectives.- Travelled throughout British Columbia to perform site audits on completed FACTAP projects.
