I have an in depth knowledge of all systems involved in this role and was a subject matter expert. My role progressed as follows: - Inputting and verification of payments which included precision checking, technical knowledge of how to route payments and being aware of the risks involved as well as analysing any failures to this process to ensure any mistakes made would not happen again- Time management to ensure deadlines are met- Repairing payments that have fallen out from our offshore service provider.
