Effective communication with parents or guardians is essential for this role.We had to provide regular updates on children's progress, share concerns, and maintain an open line of communication to ensure the child's needs are being met both at home and in school.To maintain the safety and healthy environment we had to keep the classroom clean and organized, address any safety concerns, and are trained in basic first aid and CPR.I also worked with children who have special needs or developmental delays. I tried to adapt the teaching methods to accommodate these children and may collaborate with specialists or support staff.Staying current on best practices in early childhood education is important.
