  I created a large number of robust custom solutions in Microsoft Office for several global clients. I co-ordinated with customers to understand business requirements, customised the user interface, carried out design work on document layouts and created software to improve productivity in document creation. I wrote user guides and delivered training to clients.Some key accomplishments:- Created a multilingual MS Office solution including Word, Excel and PowerPoint content for Willis Towers Watson.- Established MS Office solution along with image libraries for Commerzbank.- Produced and delivered comprehensive and robust MS Office solutions to Old Mutual Global Investors and Pictet Group.- Provided Word and PowerPoint templates for BMW and dealers with an automated system for creating updates for when a dealer changed its contact details.   Senior Vice President, Development

  In this ongoing role, my primary objective is to design and develop a suite of branded templates for Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint along with custom features to create professional documents. Here I incorporate features, including text and table styles, colour palettes, chart layouts, table of contents, options for landscape and portrait pages within the same document, and client-specific cover images. I am accountable for providing advanced training to all company employees. I liaise with senior management and risk reporters and automate all report generators to maintain a client base. Here I produce automated and customised data request emails for managers. I also import all performance-related information encompassing error checking/reporting in standardised templates.Below are my notable achievements:- Initiated a new brand under strict time constraints.- Developed features for automatically generating reports and charts along with performance information.- Established and deployed content libraries in PowerPoint enabling users to share presentations and slides.- Created a normalised relational database system and associated software to automate the production of manager performance reports.- Revised Risk Analysis add-in for Excel, removing 3K lines of redundant code and significantly enhanced performance.
