  Implementation of MFG/PRO (Accounts Payable and Purchasing modules) | Ford Lio Ho Motor Company Ltd (FLH), TaiwanManaged the implementation of MFG/PRO for Ford Lio Ho Company, Taiwan, to replace the proprietary system, eliminating the operating risks associated with utilizing obsolete technologies and remaining in alignment with corporate goals and initiatives. Integrated MFG/PRO with global applications including CMMS3 and local applications like Dealer Management System (DMS), and PeopleSoft Financials which manages the company’s GL processes. Handled customizations for Production Parts Payables, Non-Production Payables, Remittances Processes, Posting of Journal Vouchers entries, and other payables including fleet subsidy, travel expense reconciliation, and work authorizations. Incorporated Service Parts modules to handle purchasing for local service parts. Designed custom databases and user-interfaces, and oversaw business process analysis. Prepared User Requirement (URS) and System Requirement (SRS) Specifications and performed unit and system testing.
