  I was responsible for managing the initiative’s social media channels since its conception as 100BlackInterns in 2020. I set up the first social media accounts and designed our inaugural logo. In under two years (and alongside my final year of university last year) I’ve been able to: ✅ Grow our platforms to assist in generating over 10,000 eligible applications to the programme in a two month period (2022 intake) ✅ Manage a LinkedIn ad campaign achieving 5x higher engagement and clicks than UK benchmarks and 1.7 million impressions over 1.5 months✅ Oversee 1.7m+ views on the #10000BlackInterns hashtag on TikTok ✅ Attend a Black History Month event at 10 Downing Street ✅ Build and distribute asset packs sent to all interns, participating firms and partners ✅ Help attract 700+ companies to offer internships through the programme Show less
