      The Zoning Commission, a paid board of five members and two alternate members appointed by the Township Trustees, makes recommendations to the Board of Trustees on requests for rezoning and amendments to existing zoning applications. The board also considers long range projects including but not limited to updating the Comprehensive Land Use Plan and the Orange Township Zoning Resolution. The board attends zoning commission hearings on a regular basis, additional hearings may be added given the amount and complexity of applications.
