  As the Data Analyst at the Atlanta VA Medical Center, I was responsible for obtaining, preprocessing, and quality checking large functional neuroimaging data/images. Here I developed MATLAB, Shell, and R scripts for data analysis and interpretation. As a team lead, I coordinated and trained new employees and interns for stroke rehabilitation and MRI studies. The projects I have I developed and presented are the following: - A novel method for estimating whole-brain dynamic cerebral autoregulation, which led to an abstract accepted by ISMRM - Co-authored methodologies for task-fMRI prognostic biomarkers in aphasia treatment, resulting in a paper published in Behavioral Brain Research - Contributed to Bayesian Longitudinal Tensor Response Regression models for neuroplasticity in post-stroke aphasia, leading to a paper under published by Human Brain Mapping Show less
