      Bringing over 20 years of experience with my previous employers in Movie Theatre Management (Cinemark, Regal Entertainment Group, and Clearview Cinemas), I provide direction/leadership to my Projection House Manager, Party & Event Planning Manager, Concessions Manager and Marketing/Advertising Manager, 3 staff leads and an average of 30 staff members on a daily basis. Oversee 44,500 sq. ft theater that was in the top 20% of movie theaters nationwide in just the first year of operations in 2014. Helped develop daily procedures for each area's needs prior to opening (Concession, Customer Service, Cashier and Usher). Review daily/monthly reports with owner of theatre management company to control payroll costs, view concession per capita, P&L statements, and any useful data to keep costs within budget. Handle large sums of cash accurately and efficiently. Perform human resource duties. Manage staff hours/schedules during slow seasons and busy seasons to maximize profit and effectiveness. Responsible for community involvement with town officials and non-profit organizations. Work with private and public vendors to help maintain strong relationships, both personal and business related. Work in an extremely fast-paced environment efficiently. Simplify and negotiate communication with customer service issues. Developed disciplinary action form and employee awareness program. Developed an Daily Inventory Count System for all products to ensure accuracy. Make weekly movie schedule and effectively predict the outcome of how each movie will generate opening weekend.
