  I was responsible for co-ordination, planning and implementation of resources, equipment and NDT personnel for the Offshore integrity & inspection workscopes as required for Pipelines, Structures & Pressure Systems.The role involved co-ordinating activities for 3 manned and 15 Normally Unmanned Installations (NUI) based in the Southern North Sea (SNS), with back-to-back and ad-hoc teams of multi-disciplined NDT technicians and specialist vendors as workscopes required.Planning:- Liaising with the planning & Integrity teams to ensure resources as required by inspection teams offshore are available.- Responsible to follow an annual inspection plan from equipment due dates, identifying appropriate inspection techniques.- Mobilisation of Third party inspection teams and equipment from subcontractors.- Equipment- Tracking hired equipment from vendors and management of cameras, NDT equipment, etc.Coordination- Preparation of workscopes for offshore teams ensuring workscope is available before a team visits an installation.- Ensure asset registers are updated daily.- Ensure the generation of inspection workbooks. Ensure such work is scheduled in line with inspection planning requirements.- Ensuring a daily report of activity is issued detailing outstanding scopes.- Ensuring a daily timesheet is issued detailing works details.Quality- Ensuring that Inspection reports have been checked for quality checking, and onward forwarding for processing into Maximo / TIM before being reviewed by the respective Integrity Engineers.- Responsible for facilitating the co-ordination and recording of vendor competence and procedural compliance to ensure QMS compliance.Other- Providing out of hours support to inspectors. Show less I was responsible for acting as CSLs main focal point for verification activities. I planned and co-ordinated the Independent Verification Bodies (IVB) annual performance standard surveys to both on and offshore assets ensuring they were completed in the required timescales. I also followed up with project managers that any verification requirements they had were planned and implemented, aligning with annual survey were possible to improve efficiencies.I ensured any recommendations raised by the IVB where recorded within CSLs risk management database, updating and closing them out by the agreed due dates. During my time in this role I successfully reduced the number of outstanding verification actions by 80%.In 2017 I played a key role in CSLs Jack-up campaign ensuring all verification activities related to the COMOPs where completed and the necessary approvals received.
