  Hydrogeologist, AFPRO Action for Food Production 2008-2011 Project: Partnerships for Innovation and Knowledge in Agriculture – PIKA in 5 district of Uttar Pradesh.Funded by USAID to aid 18000 households in collaboration with World Vision India, RWC and ACDIVOCA.o Established network for ground water level & water quality monitoring to assess the impact of SWC activities.o Generated water quality analyses report for samples for 25 locations quarterly for two years.o Formed irrigation WUG for sustainability of water resource created under project and collaborated local gram panchayats for smooth implementation of the project.o Imparted training to the farmers (youth and adults) on use of water efficient methods for irrigation, water quality and its impact on human health. o Organised exposure visit to farmers to IGFREE Jhansi UP, Hind Swaraj Trust, Ralegan Sidhhi Ahmednagar MH, and NM Sadguru Dahod Gujarat for Water Management and SWC.Project: Geohydrological Studies, Bunder Project for Rio Tinto Exploration India Pvt. Ltd., Buxwaha M.P.o Prepared Resistivity Map through 52 Resistivity Surveys and VES method to interrelate the data.o Conducted 4 Geophysical Borehole Logging (Resistivity, S.P., & I.P.). o Installed 4 Vibrating Wire Piezometer in inclined boreholes and recorded data for calculation of pore water pressure and other studies. o Identified of water sources for quality analysis and water table monitoring to generate report after on desk study of the data.o Conducted 10 pumping test (long duration, step draw down) and data interpretation.Regional Office Gwalior o Conducted more than 150 Resistivity Surveys and used VES method to identify potential zone for drilling of Bore wells or Open wells in parts of UP, MP and Rajasthan.o Imparted training on water quality and its impact on human health.o Proposal writing for watershed project for fund raising.   o Designed monitored implementation and evaluated Irrigation water program in drought prone region of Bundelkhand for 15 villages of the project area.o Spearheaded Irrigation water project implemented in 15 villages that created 40 water augmentation structures with 0.6 MCM water storage capacities developed using 1000 acres of land helping more than 400 families.o Led implementation of community based solar powered Drinking Water Program for 14 villages with 5000 people from 846 households in Buxwaha block of Chhatarpur district MP, part of drought prone region of Bundelkhand. I have successfully led over 100 Phase II ESAs and tertiary investigations for multinational clients from various industries such as Oil & Gas, commercial explosives, pharmaceuticals, IT service management companies, beverage manufacturing, petrochemicals, engineering, and technology companies, among others, in sites located in India and Bangladesh.o As a NABET-accredited (National Accreditation Board for Education and Training) consultant specializing in Geology and Hydrogeology under Category A, I have contributed to number Environment Impact Assessments and Mitigation Plans (EIA-EMP) for prestigious companies like ONGC, Cairn (oil and gas companies), and other multinational clients. Additionally, I have been involved in conducting Environmental and Social Due Diligence (ESDD) and Water Source Vulnerability Assessments across various locations in India and Bangladesh.o Have led drilling campaigns for installation of remedial wells for soil vapour extraction and air sparging at more than 10 sites in India in various geological formations, been involved in conducting SVE, DPE pilot tests.o Have successfully managed the entire lifecycle of a pump and treat groundwater remediation project in India, from proposal development to project implementation.o As a key hydrogeologist, I have undertaken a groundwater modeling project for the largest township in Bangladesh.
