      NEPC was the pioneer in Domestic Airlies operating to all the feeder routes & Skyline operated on the Trunk routes. I was a part of the CSC team assisting Travel Agents in Chennai & across the country for their bookings and confimations. My responsibility was to monitor all bookings created on GDS and trim the flights for fictitous or dupe bookings and to raise the concern to the Duty officers and supervisor team. Coodinating with all our airports and preparing real-time data analysis of On-time perforance of fignts sharing the same with the management and other stakeholders. Creating SOP's for internal and external departments. Held training sessions for staff after onboarding. It was very successful and highly appreciated by Management. Was a member of the team coordinating with the technical team to complete the migration process of our CRS to GDS (Gabriel) at other stations before the deadline.
