  Danielle's Bells is my passion project. After transforming my physical build and mindset through a commitment to strength training, I earned the required certifications to work one on one and in group training settings to assist clients in their fitness journey to increase strength, mobility and self-confidence. My coaching is designed to help my clients build strength & celebrate all that our perfectly-imperfect bodies can do!In addition to training clients, I write content that is shared in my program to encourage overall health and wellness of body and mind.
