  Worked as an in-charge of Maintenance of Final Assembly line (TCF Line).. Hands on experience with PLC, CNC machines, all types of conveyors, liquid dispensers, End of Line equipments in assembly line... During the journey in Tata Motors, did lot of low cost automation projects for material handling, Winner in Kaizen competition in individual category, received awards and recognitions from senior management for in-house design and development of some fluid dispensers, conveyor modifications, Developing PLC logic for eliminating the irritant breakdowns at final assembly line, line Capacity Enhancement with frugal way etc...   I had been elevated to L7 Manager in 2013, 1st promotion in Mahindra. From 2013, I worked in New projects for Manufacturing Facilities, Capacity Enhancement at Final Assembly line, Paint shop, Engine assembly line, Machine shop, Technical Services Utilities, establishing the Digitization / MES Set up for production lines... In 2016, I got 2nd promotion and was elevated to L6 Manager in Central Engineering services dept. In 2016, I got additional roles and responsibilities of Plant civil & infrastructure management and Capex dept., Worked for executing the facilities & infrastructure in villages, schools under CSR.   Post my stint in Central Engineering Services Dept (Projects & Capex) , I chose the role of “Shadowing” my boss who is Vice President and Plant Head of Farm Division of Mahindra, Nagpur. In this role, I am having a very steep learning curve on exposure to leadership style of my boss and his direct reports, his day to day process of decision making in manufacturing plant of 4000 employees organisation which he manages single handedly in domains of Production, supply chain, Production planning, Maintenance, QA, Product Design, Engineering Systems, Capex and Project management, Finance, IT, HR & IR. Over and above being the gatekeeper for various B2B business calls and active involvement in creating and controlling the calendar and agenda of the meetings my boss has, I also sit through various high level meetings and minute them. My key learning so far are exposure to decision making in fields of – Manufacturing Processes, Digitization, IT systems, handling HR & IR and people issues, Capital budgeting, revenue budget, creating contents for various presentations which my boss uses in forums internal and external to M & M. I am hopeful that this role would act as a good spring board for me to take up my next challenging assignment and efficiently deliver it to the satisfaction of the organisation I work for. Show less
