  YAMAL LNG is an integrated project encompassing natural gas production, liquefaction and shipping. The Project consists of construction of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant with approximate capacity of 16.5 MTPA based on the reserves of the South Tambey Field. PRMS proved and probable natural gas reserves of the field are estimated at 927 BCM. Extensive transportation infrastructure will be built in the scope of the Project, including a sea port and an airport.At the bidding stage of the project: Be responsible for budgeting, calculating the quantities of insulation materials and manpower, inquiring the price of insulation materials, and preparing bids documents.Before the project construction phase:Be responsible for communicating insulation technology issues with the material supplier PCC, preparing material approved request documents, method statement, material pre-fabrication plans, insulation typical drawings, and participating in the owner's technical meeting, discussing the key points and details of the insulation.During the construction phase of the project:Be responsible for preparing material consumption quotas and insulation work-bag, monitoring material usage, preparing material procurement list, and submitting detailed solutions for technical query on the job site for owner’s approval.The project lasted for two and a half years. During this period, I did my due diligence and the project was successfully completed, which was highly praised by the owners. The project consists of construction of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant with approximate capacity of 8.40 MTPA based on the reserves of the Browse Field in west Australia.During the bidding phase of the project:Be responsible for budget work, communicating with the material supplier Armacell about the performance of insulation materials, understanding the types of materials applied for each insulation code, calculating the amount of insulation materials, inquiring materials price, and preparing bid documents.In the material supply preparation stage:Be responsible for signing an agency agreement with the material supplier Armacell, preparing the material arrival plan according to the project schedule, preparing and submitting the MAR document for the owner's approval, renting the warehouse, and organizing manpower.In the material supply stage:Be responsible for arranging the materials to arrive in batches, submitting material certificates for the owner's acceptance, establishing the material requisitioning progress, supervising the daily materials to enter the construction site, and timely adjusting the material delivery schedule according to the site requirement to ensure the smooth progress of the project, submitting payment application on a monthly basis for cost of materials.The project lasted for one year. During this period, I provided a good supply of materials for the project construction, and fulfilled the responsibility for the successful completion of the project. Show less At the bidding stage of the project:Be responsible for budgeting, calculating the usage amount of insulation materials, inquiring the price of insulation materials, and preparing bids documents.Before the project construction phase:Be responsible for building the project management team, mobilizing the construction manpower, and arranging insulation materials and construction machinery to enter the job site.During the construction phase of the project:Be responsible for managing the daily work of the project team, communicating with the owner on the job site, timely feedback on the emergency situation, ensuring the smooth progress of the project according to the schedule, preparing the cost documents and submitting them to the commercial department according to the contract.At the end of the project:Be responsible for arranging project document archiving, restoring project management team and construction manpower, arranging the exit of construction machinery and cooperating with the owner for completion acceptance.The project lasted for Eight months. During this period, I successfully solved a number of on-site emergencies, adjusted the manpower and machinery in time, and met the project quality safety and progress requirements, which was unanimously recognized by the owners.
