  I deliver strategic oversight for the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions for Title I schools across the district. I design, execute, and facilitate programs, professional development workshops, and instructional training. I am a recognized technology implementation leader and present programs and successful outcomes on a local, state, and national level. In addition, I also conduct research and develop strategies to monitor and sustain Title I Part A grant instructional programs to enhance program effectiveness and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines. I participate in program audits and work closely with school administration to develop budgets and allocate funds to meet objectives and increase student achievement. I provide recommendations regarding equipment procurement and deliver program oversight ensuring all staff and families within Title I schools receive guidance and services to enable success. In addition to program implementation and management, out office manages a STEM after-school and summer camp where we managed over 150 teachers providing STEM programs and services to over 1K Title I students. Through outstanding achievement, I was awarded "Apple Distinguished Educator" following the integration of technology and curriculum. Show less Following my promotion, I worked closely with teachers and instructional staff to successfully integrate technology into the mathematics curriculum. I oversaw the technological transition into students’ and teachers’ day-to-day environments and provided support to ensure a seamless adoption. I created iBooks for teachers, students, parents, and administrators. I assessed technology skill levels for all users and created learning resources to enable successful outcomes. I conducted research on innovative trends across software, curriculum, teaching strategies, and a variety of educational areas and created team protocols and strategies to model lesson planning and delivery of technical information.
