AGORADA+ is an annual conference that gathers high-level participants to talk about pressing topics for regional economic development.• Performed different tasks in various working groups and projects: publicized them via mail, news and social networks; created, among others, the registration websites for In4Wood, for a European Chemical Regions Network webinar and for the presentation of the newly-created South of Scotland Enterprise; participated in the presentation of results of DIH World to the EU Commission, and co-organized the final conferences of In4Wood, OaSis and Scale-Up.• Elaborated a position paper about European Innovation Ecosystems.• Elaborated two studies about the current situation of German and Austrian Regional Development Agencies.   As assistant to the establishment of a Multilateral Department at the Economic and Commercial Office:• Regularly monitored the African Development Bank (AfDB) funds, projects and programmes in the infrastructure, urban development, energy and finance sectors.• Supported the development of a knowledge management system on multilateral programmes in the Africa region, including the creation and updating of databases with information about tendering Spanish companies, projects and programmes.• Provided weekly alerts and organized presentations to Spanish companies and investors to inform them about new tendering opportunities. • Authored technical guidance documents and reports on the Bank’s procurement systems, PPP strategy, the railway sector and the private window.• Conducted an analysis of AfDB's historical procurement data to understand the evolution of contracts awarded to Spanish enterprises.As bilateral trade advisor in Côte d’Ivoire, Burkina Faso and the Republic of Guinea:• Elaborated a study about the Fintech sector in Côte d’Ivoire.• Composed frequent policy notes on Burkina Faso.• Worked regularly on trade missions of Spanish companies in the agrifood, cosmetics and agritech sectors that came to Côte d’Ivore and Guinea. This involved researching potential local partners, contacting them and arranging meetings with their Spanish counterparts.• Co-organized the visit of two senior officials of the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation to Abidjan and their participation in the Finance in Common Summit.
