  I was responsible for creating and maintaining KPI reports and dashboard for IKEA Netherlands. I gave advice about these figures to team leads, management team and the Global organization.Next to this I was part of multiple global projects, for instance rolling out a new global CRM tool. It was my job to define the necessary KPI’s that were needed and to make sure that we had the reports and dashboards do the follow-up.My tasks in short:• Creating multiple reports for different stakeholders• Optimizing existing reports through SQL or VBA• Analyzing and giving advice about the generated KPI figures to team leads, management team and global organization• Determine the necessary functionality’s for new global toolsBecause of the reports I created the organization was able to view all important KPI’s in one view. With this we were able to give a meaningful advice and steer the business where needed. Due to optimizing the re-ports that where used, through SQL and VBA, the time to update these reports declined from a few days to a few minutes. Show less

  I was responsible for all RPA solutions within IKEA Global, mainly focused on contact centers. It was necessary to realize a good communication and standardization between the global organization and all contact centers because they are spread over multiple countries.We have set up a global development team which was responsible for developing global RPA solutions for multiple countries. During this time I have been a product owner for the development team and therefor responsible for the backlog and prioritization of the tasks.Next to this we developed new robots and improved existing ones by starting to make use of available API’s.My tasks in short:• Determine the vision and direction for IKEA in regards to RPA• End responsible for all RPA solutions within IKEA• Product owner for the development team• Responsible for rolling out multiple RPA solutions• Responsible for solving incidents, security and configuration of the platform• Investigate possibilities for API connectionsDuring this time we managed to roll out multiple RPA solutions, in multiple countries. One of these robots is a self-service tool, taking care of customer cancellations. Due to this robot 80% of all requests are handled automatically without interference of a co-worker. Show less I was responsible for developing and rolling out standardized global reports to follow-up multiple KPI’s. I developed these reports for both the global case management system as for the RPA solution. Next to this I have actively steered and informed about the possibilities with RPA. We tried to map as much processes as possible to extend the RPA exposure.My tasks in short:• Creating standardized global reports in Cognos• Followup KPI’s and give a data driven advice• Setting up a reporting framework• Setting up a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for robotics• Give support and advice about processes that can be automated with RPA• Manage incidents regarding RPA robots and processes• Optimize the case management database by going over the ERDI made sure that we were able to follow up new or existing KPI’s through standardized global dashboards. Because of this each country was able to look at the same figures and make a meaningful comparison. I also made it possible to show the actual results of the developed RPA robots through dashboards. In these dashboards you can see the actual savings in time and money.Through the CoE we were able to expand the knowledge about RPA through multiple countries.
