I umpired up to 6 games on a weekly basis. This involved being responsible for the health and safety of all players whilst enforcing the rules. I assisted the College Sport Coordinator in managing the umpires and college captains on a weekly basis. This involved informing around 100 participants about the logistics and expectations expected of them to ensure fixtures ran smoothly. It was my responsibility to communicate between my team mates and coaches so we all strived for the same common goal. The role involved decision making on match days, organisation and problem solving from day to day to ensure we all got where we needed to be on time and worked as a unit.
