About me

As the Planning Head at The Good Glamm Group (G3), I lead the supply, demand, and distribution planning of various beauty and wellness brands, such as MyGlamm, Sirona, The Moms Co, Organic Harvest, BabyChakra, and StBotanica. I am responsible for optimizing the inventory levels, forecasting the demand, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of products to the customers. I have over three years of experience in planning, analytics, and data management, working with leading FMCG companies like Dabur and Unilever. I have developed and implemented multiple performance dashboards, business analytics tools, and data analysis models to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and visibility of the planning process. I have also contributed to the launch of new products, the expansion of distribution channels, and the improvement of customer satisfaction and retention. I hold a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women, and I have completed two certifications in Power BI from LinkedIn. I am passionate about applying my skills and knowledge to create value and impact in the fast-growing and dynamic beauty and wellness industry.
