   Focused on Emergency-call feature on Telematics Control Unit (TCU) for Ford Motor vehicles. Validating latest software’s functionality for regional variants of TCU such as China, North America, Europe & ROW (Rest of World) under different scenarios of Emergency-call feature for vehicles such as Ford Mustang, F-150 Lightning & Transit. Additionally executing software testing of different features of TCU such as Diagnostic Test code, Backup Battery (BUB), Fault Module Activation (FMA) and Stolen Vehicle Services (SVS).  Performed Embedded Manual testing with (Ethernet/CAN interfaces) using Test Rail and support development teams validating latest feature implementation. Executing test case through simulation software and tools such as TSHMI & DET, performing log analysis using Unified Logging Tool (ULT) for validating performance and troubleshooting defects. Defects are debugged to assess the root cause of failures, updating valid defects into the defect tracking system, JIRA. Co-functioning with Developers to reproduce and troubleshoot defects and bug fixes. Collaborating with different ECU teams such as ECG, SYNC, PHOENIX for troubleshooting defects. Experience in validation of ECU’s in Fully Network Architecture 3 (FNV3), FNV2 and Standalone setups.  Additional contribution of setting PHOENIX bench (Android version of SYNC) and validating addition of diverse languages from European and Asian continents such as Roma, Italian, Russian, Thai, Greek to SYNC.
