      My role at Arrow was as BDM for Pharmacy across Tasmania. Understanding the pharmacy as a pharmacist business owner was critical in order to be able to build trust and long term relationships to both provide Arrow's suite of products but more importantly being able to increase the bottom line profit for the Pharmacy. A win-win for both pharmacy and pharma company.Being able to quickly learn and understand at least 4 different POS systems and to develop that trust with the pharmacist enough to look inside their key business numbers specifically with prescription medication, the number one driver of profit for a pharmacy. Then provide solutions and opportunities that will benefit the pharmacy and the end-user the customer.During my time at Arrow pahrmaceuticals, I was awarded the top salesperson award Nationally in 2004.
