  As the communications coordinator for Alumni Relations and Development at the University of Texas School of Law, I am responsible for managing all communications, including both mailed and emailed content, directed towards our extensive alumni network of over 25,000 alumni living across the United States and around the world. I collaborate with the Alumni Events Team, the Development Team, and the Communications Team to coordinate marketing campaigns for upcoming events and fundraising efforts. My work involves using platforms like Eloqua and Emma for creating emails, campaigns, and segments. Additionally, I collaborate with our designer to create visually appealing and effective mailing materials, and I communicate with the appropriate printers to ensure they receive the correct files, print estimates, and address lists.
