  The day to day running of a busy Independent Optical Practice. Organising and structuring weekly clinics to suit the unpredictable and increasing footfall, which I, along with my friendly team, have enhanced through strategic marketing/advertising and the excellent performance applied throughout each day. Ensuring that all necessary Practice and patient protocol are adhered to. Liaising with NHS regularly to create and secure a well organised Diabetic Screening client base, whilst maintaining the normal sight testing clinic is still adequately managed and attended to. Delivering excellent customer service by providing each and every customer their own unique requirements within each dispense. Appreciating customer demands alongside our own business needs. Enjoying each working day as it brings along with it a brand new challenge. Show less
