   Project 1: Offline Production Reporting Description: Offline Production Reporting is a project developed using Dot Net(C#) for compensating the loss made from parent glass. This system is purely developed for the site workers to get details about the product details including its batch, Parent Fiche, length, width, thickness, sheet, Input Tons, Output Tons, Loss Tons, Loss declare etc. We have developed the system in a way that it gives complete understaning of the Glass Production made in each shift and each line along with calculating its Loss compoents that has been used for various purposes. At the end of the day we can get detailed report of Parent and Child Glass production changes.Project 2: Downtime Production ReportingThis System is developed for entering the machine names which were in stopped status, that were not used for Production along with start and end time of the machine not in use and reason for the same. This application gives complete report understanding the non production hours of each and every machine along with its various reasons in day and monthly basis.Project 3: Mass Fiche Inventory Adjustment.This System is developed for fetching Fiche (glass) details from the master database which were in specific status (say AVAILABLE, BLOCKED) and nullifying the Sheet detail to maintain the Stock management.
