  My career began at Thejo in 2010, where I gained invaluable experience and knowledge. As a design engineer in Thejo, a mining equipment and product manufacturing company specializing in reinforced rubber products, I learned extensively about the purpose and significance of design. We receive requirements from the sales department in the form of hand sketches or photographs. I review the input with the assistance of senior people or managers to create 3D models and assemblies. Upon confirmation, I proceed to prepare the manufacturing drawings. These drawings undergo thorough checking by senior design engineers and are approved by the design managerOne of my most memorable experiences was traveling with the sales team from Chennai to Mumbai (JSW Steel) to measure the diaphragm filter plate. We used vernier calipers and tape measures to ensure accuracy, overcoming challenging sections by covering them and pouring a plaster of Paris mixture into the cavity.
