  Heidi is a versatile learning and development professional with a wealth of experience obtained from her professional background of the past 24 years. Her overriding passion is to empower people whatever their age and background; encouraging, enabling and equipping them to fulfil their potential and this enriches her all areas of her work.After graduation from Cambridge with a BEd Hons in Mathematics and Education, Heidi’s early career began in the Public Sector, spending over six years as a classroom teacher and taking on broader responsibilities within the schools in which she taught. From education Heidi entered Christian ministry, attaining a BA in Applied Theology and taking up a leadership position in the church. From ministry, Heidi extended her career into the Private Sector and has spent the last ten years working with Capstone International; now fulfilling the role of Chief Operating Officer at Capstone International.As an empathic coach, Heidi is able to build good rapport with leaders and help them to define and achieve their goals. Heidi applies a highly creative outlook to deliver intensely practical outcomes. Stepping up to new levels of performance inevitably involves challenge for our clients, Heidi uses her intuitive sense to identify issues, encourage personal reflection and drive progressive thinking towards solutions.Heidi holds ILM Level 7 Certificate in Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching.She is qualified in use of Team Management Profiling, Risk Orientation Profiling, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Team Performance Accelerator, and other 360 tools.
