Ian has a national role to provide technical support to all UK RSK offices providing engineering design and contract work across all sectors.Ian has specialist skills in the following areas: NEC3 contract administration  client and project management advising on the work required to redevelop brownfield land preparing Gantt chart programmes to identify timescales for projects design coordination on multidisciplinary design and build projects preparing remediation strategies and specifications for contaminated land sites managing the tender process, including the preparation of documents and assessing returns resolution of contract disputes. ROO is made up the Southern Oil Company (SOC), BP, and Petro-China.The remediation contract was cancelled in response to the drop in oil price over Winter 2014/15.
