I led Turbo Machinery Logistic Planning, framed the landscape and led E2E business model lean transformation for operational excellence, cost reduction and speed of execution. Responsible for Logistics Quality, coordinating three quality inspectors, managing and supervising Logistic provider in Florence, Massa and Livorno plants.Main achieved results:- 83% Cost of Quality reduction- 60% Escaping defects reduction (Cost of Quality from customer sites) Designed and implemented a New Not Conformity Management Process, across all Manufacturing Cells for five italian plants Launched and implemented a Poke Yoke system (Lean methodology) applied to Manufacturing operations. Integrated different IT tools to inhibit the use of expired measurement gauges.
