  Quality Control Supervisor, with the many facets of our company I inspect and monitor the application of coatings, epoxy and fiber glass for down hole usage in oilfield tubulars. I advise engineers and customers on the benefits and installation of products. I check with employees making sure they are adhering to and understand the quality control procedures as well as the basis behind each one. I check DFTs through out coating and wrapping plants making sure the epoxy/coatings are mixed and applied according to manufacturers specifications. I travel to oilfield locations to inspect and observe handling and installation of products. I help perform failure analysis on a variety of products through out the oilfield. I write QC documents and training manuals for employees advising them on products and application, also document and verify all inspection equipment with in our company. I received my certification of NACE CIP 1 in 2013. Show less
