      Octa Finalist National Law University Odisha Public Health Law National Moot Court Competition Jun 2021 Me and my team members Manish Kumar (NUSRL, 2024) and Anurag Anand (NUSRL 2024) participated in NLUO PHFI Public Health Law National Moot Court Competition. Our moot proposition primarily revolved around the question of law related to the Indian Constitution and the Interpretation of Statutes. We prepared for around a month for this moot and were able to qualify for the octa-finals out of more than 64 participants from around the nation who hailed from numerous prestigious institution of law… Show more Me and my team members Manish Kumar (NUSRL, 2024) and Anurag Anand (NUSRL 2024) participated in NLUO PHFI Public Health Law National Moot Court Competition. Our moot proposition primarily revolved around the question of law related to the Indian Constitution and the Interpretation of Statutes. We prepared for around a month for this moot and were able to qualify for the octa-finals out of more than 64 participants from around the nation who hailed from numerous prestigious institution of law including but not restricted to other NLU's. Through this moot, our concepts related to Right to Life, Liberty, Equality and Freedom of Speech and movement enshrined in Article 14, 19 and 21 in relation to individual health and well being were enhanced.
