Conceived with the aim of revolutionizing public health analysis, Conecta SUS was officially inaugurated on December 3, 2014, at the headquarters of the SES-GO.Conecta SUS stands as a groundbreaking and unparalleled project in Brazil, setting a new standard in 2014. Designed to empower decision-makers with evidence-based insights, the platform facilitates strategic decision-making by providing timely and innovative analytical solutions, monitoring and analyzing a spectrum of indicators. It brings together technical experts and managers through the Conecta SUS.In conjunction with this visionary initiative, I played a key role as coordinator, leading the technical implementation of BI solutions. My responsibilities included learning, planning, and implementing BI solutions from scratch. I successfully built and trained a proficient team in Pentaho and Data Warehousing, fostering a culture of excellence and expertise.Notably, this visionary project has had a lasting impact over the past ten years, transforming the landscape of health monitoring and strategic decision-making in the state of Goiás. Through Conecta SUS, we actively monitored epidemiological and healthcare indicators. Additionally, my role encompassed conducting training sessions, leading projects, mentoring team members, providing support for frontend and backend implementations, and designing and implementing integrated projects involving security, Single Sign-on, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.Key Achievements:• US Medical Billing Company (2017):Spearheaded efforts to enhance dashboard performance, reducing load times from approximately 1.5 minutes to around 15 seconds. The improvement involved a comprehensive review of data modeling, proposing changes to ETL processes, dashboard redesign, discussions on database optimizations with DBAs, and rewriting queries to optimize overall performance. On the frontend, I implemented customized dashboards using CTools, Javascript, and CSS to achieve the desired functionality and appearance outlined by the UX team. On the backend, I wrote queries (SQL and/or MDX), collaborated with customers on data models, ETL processes, and database tuning to establish optimal business data models and performance for dashboards. Additionally, I participated in the creation and maintenance of CDE components under the supervision of the engineering team.Key Achievements:• US Company - NetworkFleet Project (2015-2016):Contributed to a project for a US company specializing in in-vehicle GPS monitoring units, telematics networks, and fleet management systems. Delivered a suite of management dashboards to monitor and control large fleets, covering aspects such as Fleet Idle Time, Fleet Utilization, Driver Behavior, Fuel Consumption, and CO2 Emissions. The optimized backend supported a peak of 6,210 dashboard users during the last week of 2016. Over the preceding six months, 10,420 distinct users utilized the dashboard out of 62,484 active portal users since June 1, 2016.
