  Reform Dublin is a unique Pilates studio located in Blackrock Co.Dublin. We offer both studio (strength and conditioning using the Refomer, Trapeze table and Wunda chair) and mat classes in our dedicated studio with views over Dublin Bay. The classes are taught by a team of internationally trained instructors, with experience of working with a very diverse range of clients and pathologies. In addition to beginner and intermediate mat classes, we also offer specialised classes for pre and post natal clients as well as men and the Over 50s.We also offer private classes which are particularly useful for those rehabilitating an injury/suffering from pain or preparing for surgery. My interest is in Pilates for Women's Health. Reform is a Pink Ribbon studio so all instructions are qualified to work with women recovering from breast cancer and we offer a unique program in the studio. I also work extensively with post natal women and we hold frequent Pelvic Floor workshops in the studio. All of our over 50's classes are suitable for those with bone density pathologies (osteopenia/osteoperosis) and many clients have successfully improved their bone density since coming to classes.In addition to Pilates we also run Operation Reformation, a 20 week training program for women who have no running background and wish to complete the Mini Marathon.
