  Currently, I am working as a Civil Site Engineer at Roshan Builders & Developers from 2019 to the Present. I am working on a Residential + Commercial Project namely “ROSHAN TOWER” located on Plot No. 29 MCHS, block 7/8, (2400 sq. yds.) Tipu Sultan Road Karachi (multi-storied building of two basements, two parking and ground + 16 typical floors). Duties and Responsibilities in my domain are the following. • To manage site staff and execute the activities at the project site • Inspection of the site to maintain quality assurance and quality control • Execution of Project activities as per Drowning • Inspection of framework, steel and concreting • Co-ordination with Consultant and Sub-contractor regarding site progress • Finishing activities inspection • Allotting work to labourers • Assessment and preparation of bar bending schedule • Weekly meeting with Client, Consultant and Sub-contractor Show less
